Barbara Poczyniak, R.Ac Registered Acupuncturist
In the Traditional Chinese Medicine calender, Spring officially starts in early February – about a month or so before it starts to really make its presence known in the natural world. This change in seasons can be felt in our bodies and moods as well as in the behaviour of wildlife around us. Much like in the west, Spring in TCM is a season of change and of an upward rising energy. Increasing light, warmth and the subtle signs of the coming green season also stir a renewed energy in us.
